3.4.7.6 The h is very simple, it is not pronounced at all

The h is a survival of ancient times, but exists only in spelling and has no phonetic value at all. The way to the h was not always the same, but the result was always the same. In roman languages the h doesn't have anys phonetic value, although there are differences in spelling. In Italian for instance the human being is a uomo, without h, although in other circunstances it is still present in spelling.
